Galaxy Digital has unveiled GalaxyOne, a comprehensive fintech platform aimed at U.S.-based investors, offering a combination of fiat yield accounts, cryptocurrency trading, and stock market access all in one digital interface.
The launch represents Galaxy Digital’s latest effort to expand its services to retail investors while leveraging its institutional infrastructure.
“Over the years, we’ve built institutional-grade systems to serve some of the world’s most demanding investors. Now we’re bringing those capabilities to individual users,” said Mike Novogratz, founder and CEO of Galaxy Digital.
Key Features of GalaxyOne
The platform, available on iOS, Android, and web, combines four main services:
- Galaxy Premium Yield – An investment product offering 8% APY for accredited investors, supported by Galaxy Digital’s lending operations established in 2018. Minimum investment is $25,000, with a total funding cap of $250 million.
- GalaxyOne Cash – A high-yield deposit account delivering 4% annual interest, FDIC-insured up to $250,000, provided through Cross River Bank.
- GalaxyOne Crypto – Users can buy, store, and transfer major digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL), with transparent fees and support for recurring purchases.
- GalaxyOne Brokerage – Commission-free trading of over 2,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs, including fractional shares, with passive income opportunities through stock lending programs.
According to Zak Prince, head of GalaxyOne, the platform aims to bridge the gap between large institutional clients and private investors.
“GalaxyOne gives users a single point of access to earn yield from deposits, trade crypto, and participate in U.S. equity markets, all backed by Galaxy Digital’s financial discipline, regulatory oversight, and experienced team,” he explained.
Prince also emphasized that Galaxy Digital targets a “middle market” segment—investors who are accredited but do not have the scale of large funds.
The platform builds upon Fierce, a mobile app Galaxy Digital acquired in 2024, known for its bold design and dedicated user community. GalaxyOne integrates these qualities with institutional-level security, risk management, and scalability.
Looking ahead, Galaxy Digital plans to expand GalaxyOne’s capabilities, including business accounts, crypto staking (notably Solana), and new innovations in brokerage and lending services.
